It’s a system
All doctors, clinics, therapist and experts, try to explain human behavior, like it should always rely to people and the problems they like to numb or escape through alcohol. While the coping mechanism may be a part of the story, there is a much large thing going on: there is a system at play that has actually nothing to do with the people on itself. When MeRise talks about the Alcohol Matrix, it means that a system is operating on its own, while being promoted to affect peoples BELIEFS like the system would “SERVE” them.
Anyone who engage with “any system” is driven by the beliefs to “get something” from (out) of that system.
This is important, because when people can separate themselves from any system, they are able to analyze the system with a critical eye to (re)define, whether the system really serves/benefits or not.
