Vision meets reality...

Your vision

The difference between average or becoming excellent.. is in the feeling that you can do better and the pursuit of that which is better
. This applies to many favorite sport icons who discover their path at young age: they recognize their talent, aligning with their goals, practicing every day to move into a more powerful version of themselves. This tells us that getting success is not about chasing the outside world for the things we want. It has more to do with what what we need, such as growing from within ourselves, through meaning and purpose.

People attract differently;

The successful people
It doesn’t matter whether it’s Oprah Winfrey, Michael Jordan, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Donald Trump, Elon Musk. They impact reality on themselves and their surroundings by vision, a visualized reality being attracted.

The average people
People at young age faced with serious choices on their education. Within 2 decades, they mostly find themselves in a place where life just feels acceptable. They carried rough ideas within their mind on what they should do.. and also got influenced by others.. on what they should do. They followed society as a ” stable and secure future”, trying to get the most out of their busy jobs and raising kids in between. But their busy lifes also gets tempered from cultivating their own powerful vision. You could ask them the one classical question… where do you see yourself in 5 years..? Most of them would often answer something like; ‘bro, I am trying to make it to Friday!’. The majority of people give up on dreams, their creative paths, because now.. they are in surviving mode, through a highjacked society full of  responsibilities. Many convince themselves to be happy, while missing the sunshine on their faces; struggling to pay the bills.. paying off their student loans, tied down to mortgages. Many people have jobs that they actually don’t’ like, partners who complain about ‘missing something’ etc. But most average people, manage to figuring out ways.. to accept ‘ life as it is’.

The people who need vision
Everyone is manifesting themselves day to day into the future. People need to move to pay the bills, they need to evolve so they raise kids, they hunt for food, have sex, etc. A vision, is just a more profound, more specific direction into that future and especially important  for creative (often introvert)  people who are highly sensitive to the world. The groups usually vibrates at high emotional frequencies as  great listeners & observers. But as they are high sensitive to others, they also get easier influenced by others; they like to please them to keep them happy; they care less about themselves on short term, which is good thing for others but less for them, so they get more affected (in terms of choosing their own paths instead of following others), therefore.. they are more in need of a vision.

There is also an exception to this sensitive group; the people with autism, being unique as they connect at their own more unique emotional frequency. They usually get more challenged to emotionally connect with others, but they also have their own super powers as they don’t easily get distracted by the world around (like following society to please others), which is blessing on its own: they just don’t have this urge to connect all the time, so they are more able to focus on the vision they need. But their emotional frequency.. is actually not the real thing to measure; it’s people’s sensitivity that asks for a vision as a need to order their minds.

All sensitive creative people have more things in common: they have a strong eye for detail and therefore an excellent visual memory (because of their eye for detail, they will often remember things that someone else has long forgotten, for example who was present at their anniversary many years ago). They are also accurate in what they do (as long as they move at their own speed). They are also likely to pick up signals faster then others (for example if someone has evil intentions or if it is unsafe somewhere on the street). Finally, they are very eager to learn & grow, towards meaning, which again makes a vision more of a need.

High intuitive (sensitive) people have hidden powers as their minds craves a stronger vision than others. However, it also means they have to deal with more challenges to meet their vision needs. They usually get sooner bored once being exposed to meaningless underwhelming information. Watch the above video again to recognize how boredom almost kicks in; the aim is to get a high sense of truth towards meaning & order: when recognizing people’s bullshit, it becomes boring to them easily (it does not add any value, so they loose their personal interest and spiritual energy). They also get sooner affected by anxiety caused by overwhelming information. This is because they need to filter out more noise than others. If they would need to perform in front of the public, they would need to process more noisy information from the outside world (felt by higher sense of emotion, what about of their judgements?); they would also fear the noise from the within (being afraid of not meeting the high standard they are aiming for). Vision seekers need stronger alignment with themselves to stronger directions (vision), which is illustrated as the ideal flow state in below picture.

Sensitive people have a more narrow flow state which needs more strength towards a vision. They need to receive the exact amount of information to achieve certain goals through their activities. When they face low information towards (unclear) goals, it would downgrades their flow state towards boredom. At the other hand; if they have to deal with too much information, it would affect their flow state towards anxiety. Example: sensitive people do connect highly emotionally with kids, but if they would need to teach 30 kids in front of the classroom, they would get sooner challenged by the overwhelming noise (too many details). Another example: when sensitive people visit any kind of exhibition, they actually don’t feel the same kind of satisfaction as others, because everyone is SENDING OUT information, instead of merging with each other to high quality added value; their urge, their need, their aim is to move through a more ‘narrow- higher quality amount of  information’ – not too less information (to avoid boredom) and not too much information (to avoid anxiety). Their best flow simply asks for more alignment from the within: the right direction (vision) is important to them (instead of fooling around in places where people are only interested to entertain themselves).

A strong direction means that they can become more aware of their own actions that would add value. When their actions serves a clear purpose (goal) from the within, they work more pleasantly and peaceful. Example: if you are gardening with a clear idea of what the garden should look like, you will be enthusiastic about getting started end peaceful in the process (time flies by while you are pleasantly concentrated at your own speed, within your own flow state). Strong alignment is important to sensitive-creative people because they crave high emotional order to details and values. Life questions are more important to them, such as: what am I working towards and why? Who am I spending time with and why? How well am I treating my health and why? How can I become a better version of myself? Which value can I bring to others? …. When sensitive people have weak answers to those questions, their flow state gets weak, raising the chances to get sooner bored or anxious (as a zone of discomfort, moving away from their flow state).

Everyone needs flow. When people stay for 3 weeks at the same beach they easily get bored. Also, when people peak for too long time within their jobs they get exhausted. The ideal flow state has a strong direction, a rhythm, leading to excitement to short -& long term goals. Think about construction people who like some background music while working: their subconscious minds like to tune-in, with a certain frequency that supports flow, to make it happen.
