Vision meets reality...

Your vision

The difference between average or becoming excellent.. is in the feeling that you can do better and the pursuit of that which is better
. This applies to many favorite sport icons who discover their path at young age: they recognize their talent, aligning with their goals, practicing every day to move into a more powerful version of themselves. This tells us that getting success is not about chasing the outside world for the things we want. It has more to do with what what we need, such as growing from within ourselves, through meaning and purpose.

People attract differently;

The successful people
It doesn’t matter whether it’s Oprah Winfrey, Michael Jordan, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Elon Musk, or the less successful people ‘on the same ladder of wealth’; they all impact and attract their reality from within, by vision.

The average people
People at young age are challenged with choices on their education. Within two decades, they live a life that just feels acceptable. Along the way, they carried rough ideas within their minds on what they should do, but they also got influenced by others.. on what they should do. They followed society to secure “a stable future”, trying to get the most out of their busy jobs and raising kids in between. But their busy life’s seems to trap them in a sense. You could ask them the one classical question… where do you see yourself in 5 years? Most of them would answer something like; ‘bro, I am trying to make it to Friday!’ The majority of people give up on their dreams, their creative paths, because now they are living in surviving mode, through a highjacked society full of responsibilities. Many convince themselves to be happy, but you can easily see the emptiness by their faces. They don’t look energetic, they worry, they struggle to pay the bills, tied down to their house mortgages. Many have jobs that they don’t even like. Others have lousy relationships; they are all trapped and still believe they should accept life as it is.

The people who need vision
Everyone is manifesting themselves day to day into the future. People need to move, to pay the bills, to raise kids, etc. But some people just know that something is of. They don’t accept life as it is; they lack direction. They are in need of a vision, a more profound direction into that future. This vision is especially important to creative (often introvert)  people, who are highly sensitive to the world. The groups usually vibrates at high emotional frequencies, they are great listeners & observers. But as they are high sensitive to others, they also get influenced (pleasing the others to keep everyone happy). They care less about themselves on short term (which is good thing for others but less for them). As those people are led by others, they are more in need of a vision.

There is also an exception to this sensitive group; the people with autism, being unique as they connect at their own more unique emotional frequency. They usually get more challenged to connect (emotionally) with others, but they also have their own super powers as they don’t easily get distracted by the world around (like following society to please others), which is blessing on its own: they just don’t have this urge to connect all the time, so they are more able to focus on the vision they need. But their emotional frequency is not even the real thing to measure; it’s people’s sensitivity that needs a vision to order their minds.

All sensitive creative people have more things in common: they have a strong eye for detail and therefore an excellent visual memory (because of their eye for detail, they will often remember things that someone else has long forgotten, for example who was present at their anniversary many years ago). They are also accurate in what they do (as long as they move at their own speed). They are also likely to pick up signals faster then others (for example if someone has evil intentions or if it is unsafe somewhere on the street). Finally, they are very eager to learn & grow, towards meaning, which again makes a vision more of a need.

High intuitive (sensitive) people have hidden powers as their minds craves a ‘higher sense of truth’ than others. But also means, that they have to deal with more boredom than others. Watch the above video again and recognize, how an intelligent sensitive man who is aiming for truth to reality… becomes easily bored by observing others to their bullshit stories. There is just a lack of personal interest and spiritual energy because.. it doesn’t add any value! Such people get easily triggeredby  underwhelmed information leading to anxiety, as they are constantly in need to filter out the noise compared to others. If they would need to express themselves in front of the public, they would also need to push themselves (being afraid of not meeting the high standard they are aiming for). Vision seekers need a strong alignment with themselves to stronger directions (vision), which is illustrated as the ideal flow state in below picture.

Sensitive people have a more narrow flow state which needs more strength towards a vision. They need to receive the exact amount of information to achieve certain goals through their activities. When they face low information towards (unclear) goals, it would downgrades their flow state towards boredom. At the other hand; if they have to deal with too much information, it would affect their flow state towards anxiety. Example: sensitive people do connect highly emotionally with kids, but if they would need to teach 30 kids in front of a class, they would get sooner challenged by the overwhelming noise (too many details). Another example: when sensitive people visit a busy exhibition, they actually don’t feel the same kind of satisfaction in relation to others, as they get more affected by the noise that everyone is SENDING OUT (instead of merging with each other); they prefer to move through a more ‘narrow’ flow with higher quality both side communication, not too less (to avoid boredom) and not too much (to avoid tense/anxiety). Their flow requires more alignment from the within: the flow direction is important to them.

A strong direction needs more awareness about their actions towards value. When their actions serves a clear purpose (goal) from the within, they work more pleasantly and peaceful. Example: if you are gardening with a clear idea of what the garden should look like (vision), you get enthusiastic about getting started end peaceful in the process (as time flies by while you are pleasantly concentrated at your own speed through your own flow state). Strong alignment is important to sensitive-creative people because they crave high emotional order to more details and values. Life questions are more hidden and important to them, such as: what am I working towards and why? Who am I spending time with and why? How well am I treating my health and why? Is this the version of me I want to be? Which value can I bring to others? When sensitive people have weak answers to those questions, their flow gets weak, raising the chances to get sooner bored or anxious (as a zone of discomfort, moving away from their flow state).

Everyone needs flow. When people would stay at the same beach for 3 weeks they easily get bored. Also, when people peak for too long time within their jobs they get exhausted. The ideal flow state, has a directionrhythm, with excitement to short -& long term goals. It’s like skiing, embracing the bumps along the way, while easily avoiding the trees, gliding at your own speed from the within (at your most ideal flow state), to reach the predefined destination you believe in (vision). This is ‘the stuff’ that leads to fulfilment, spirit, growth (learning skills), moving your body, good sleep. Everyone needs flow and direction to some level; people in warehouses (or construction people) like to have some background music while working; their subconscious minds like to tune-in, to a certain music frequency; it supports their own vibe from the within, which makes them feel more natural and confident to their destinations. Look at people in airports; they may look weird or authentic but none of them look depressed.. because they experience flow while chatting, they feel direction! So what about your flow? Where are you moving to and why? What is your vision?
