Mental health
Experts believe that mental health can be a societal aspect and not just a purely individual one. I guess this statement makes sense, because society may affects your own mental health. I also believe that our mental health may easily correlates with company dynamics (as part of our society); each company culture can either support their team to execute their vision.. or treat people like trash.

MeRise statement
Wether Mental Health is a social aspect or an individual one.. we are all in the same game to help each other, so everyone win or loose. Companies should be aware to loose  productivity by long term sick leave at an average costs of > 450 /per day/per employee! So.. why not incorporating the support to ‘mental health’ within the core values of your own company?

The role of AI
As of October 2025, ChatGPT’s role has undergone a major transformation. OpenAI no longer allow ChatGPT to give specific medical, legal or financial guidance, shifting the system’s role to that of an educational tool rather than a consultant. This means, that the accessibility to guidance & mental health support, will always rely on (mental) healthcare professionals.  However, that doesn’t mean that AI suddenly becomes useless to the ‘consultancy/coaching’ industry. On the contrary; MeRise adapts AI in a way that allows experts to share their knowledge through AI. Rather than using a very general ChatGPT, MeRise uses hyper-specific chat that helps people learn, practice, and do the things that experts believe should support to their transformation. The AI opportunity relies in the depth, context, and perspective that only exerts can provide by their own unique combination of interests, experiences and insights with their specific ‘mission & taste’.
